Practical guide

Exhibition stands: the real lead times, from quote to show day

48 hours for a quote, 14 working days for bespoke costing, six months for peace of mind: a stand’s timeline comes down to three figures, plus a few deadlines worth knowing.

Installing a stand in the early morning: aluminium frame, panels on a trolley, flight cases

The quote: 48 hours for packs

With the modular packs, the technical base already exists: in stock, ready to take on your colours. So the quote arrives within 48 working hours, pricing and design proposal included, and it is firm on everything it covers: carpet, LED lighting, transport, installation, dismantling, cleaning the day before opening.

Bespoke costing: 14 working days

For joinery stands, the design office draws first: sketches, then a 3D model that you approve before committing to anything. Costing follows, within 14 working days. That time is not wasted: it is what prevents a stand being rebuilt in a rush a month before the show.

The deadlines that are out of our hands

Stand space is booked with the organiser, often six months before opening for the best locations. Electricity, water and installation accreditation are ordered from the venue on dates well ahead of installation. And your stand’s technical file must be approved by the organiser: with us, this approval is included in the service.

The reverse schedule that works

6 months before: stand space booked, budget set with the budget simulator. 3 months before: design approved. 2 months before: technical file submitted. Show day: installation, cleaning the day before opening, and a technician less than 2 hours away throughout the show. Each trade show page adapts this timeline to its event.
