A stand isn’t always in a hall. In a marquee, on a quayside, in a reception venue: we design and build the complete space, furniture and audiovisual included, with the same point of contact from brief to dismantling.
What we take care of
The venue changes, the method stays
The method is the same as for trade shows: a brief, visuals, pricing, then a team that installs, runs the event and dismantles. What changes is the venue, and everything it demands.

The marquee stand
A structure suited to ground that isn’t a hall floor: flooring, partitions, signage and lighting sized for the marquee and the length of the event.

Furniture
Bar, reception desk, seating areas, hospitality furniture: rented from our stock or built for the event, and set up again at the next one.

Audiovisual
Screens, sound, ambient lighting and illuminated logo: integrated from the design stage, connected and tested before opening.
