What we take care of

The venue changes, the method stays

The method is the same as for trade shows: a brief, visuals, a quote, then a team that installs, runs the event and dismantles. What changes is the venue, and everything it demands.

  1. The marquee stand

A structure suited to ground that isn’t a hall floor: flooring, partitions, signage and lighting sized for the marquee and the length of the event.

  2. Furniture

Bar, reception desk, seating areas, hospitality furniture: rented from our stock or built for the event, and set up again at the next one.

  3. Audiovisual

Screens, sound, ambient lighting and illuminated logo: integrated from the design stage, connected and tested before opening.

The process

From brief to dismantling

  1. The brief

The venue, the date and what you want to show there: everything starts from that.

  2. Views and quote

You see your space before any commitment, with the quote to back it up.

  3. Installation

Structure, furniture and audiovisual, installed by our teams, connected and tested before opening.

  4. The event, then dismantling

Our teams run the event alongside you, then dismantle.
