The data Mes Stands collects on this site, what it is used for, and the rights you have.
What is collected
Only what you entrust to us
The site collects no personal data during a simple visit. The only information recorded is what you enter in the quote form or the budget simulator. What you write to the chat assistant is not kept (see below).

Why
Processing your request, and nothing else
This information is used to study your project, prepare a quote and reply to you. The legal basis for this processing is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request: it is you who requests the quote.
They are neither sold, transferred nor used for advertising purposes. Only the Mes Stands team has access to them, via a password-protected administration area.
Audience measurement
Nothing without your consent
No analytics tool is loaded until you have accepted it. Details of the trackers, how long they last and how to change your choice are set out in the cookie policy.
The chat assistant
Artificial intelligence, presented as such
The site offers an automated chat assistant. Its replies are generated by artificial intelligence from the content of this site, and it introduces itself as such. It sets no cookies and only works when you write to it.
The messages you enter, and the part of the current conversation that precedes them, are sent to OpenAI to generate each reply. Mes Stands does not keep conversations: only the number of messages and the duration and cost of each reply are logged, without their content, to monitor use of the service. Do not enter any personal data in the assistant: for a quote request, use the form on the Contact page.
If you have accepted audience measurement, opening the assistant, sending a question and the next step you choose (quote, call, appointment, simulator, site page) are counted in Google Analytics, without the text of the conversation.

This page is incomplete, and says so. The following information must be provided by Mes Stands before the site goes live, and has not been filled in by default: the full registered company name and SIRET number of the data controller; the contact details of a data protection officer, if one has been appointed; the retention period chosen for quote requests; the hosting region of the database and, where applicable, the safeguards governing transfers outside the European Union; the terms under which OpenAI processes the assistant’s messages (data processing agreement, place of processing).
