What size should your stand be? Choosing between 9, 12, 18 and 24 m²
It is the first question in any quote, and the one that shapes everything: floor area drives the budget, the format and the team assigned to you. Here is how to choose it and get it right.
9 m²: be seen, welcome, convert
The entry-level modular pack is 9 m², turnkey: transport, installation, dismantling, logistics and cleaning the day before opening, all included from the very first quote. A counter, a strong image, a standing meeting area: that is enough to generate contacts if the stand is well designed. Allow from €420 excl. VAT per m²; the budget simulator gives you the order of magnitude.
12 to 18 m²: the format for meetings
This is the meeting-corner bracket: reception, demonstration and seated conversation sit side by side. With a modular pack, the 12 m² and the 18 m² keep the same guide price, from €420 excl. VAT per m², installation and dismantling included. The optional enclosed storeroom and solid partitions screen off whatever needs to be kept apart.
24 m² and beyond: the largest pack, then bespoke
The 24 m² is the largest pack in our range; beyond that, contact us. Large projects call for a bespoke joinery stand: full design by our design office, sketches then 3D modelling, costing within 14 working days. A dedicated team follows the project with a weekly check-in: the responsiveness needed on long, evolving projects.
The right instinct: start from the objective, not the hall
The right size depends on what the stand needs to achieve: contacts at the counter, seated meetings, a machine demonstration? Every square metre is accounted for and becomes a business lever.
