How much does an exhibition stand cost? The real figures
None of the leading agencies publishes its prices: to set a budget, you usually have to request a quote blind. Here are our guide prices, in euros, spelled out.
The entry-level benchmark: €420 excl. VAT per square metre
On the modular packs, a reusable technical base customised in your colours, prices start at €420 excl. VAT per m², needle-punch carpet and low-energy LED lighting included: this is not a headline price that balloons once the quote arrives.
Packs come in 9, 12, 18 and 24 m²; above 24 m², contact us. A pack can be rented, in which case the stand remains our property; it can also be purchased, contact us. We advise you on which option to choose. The total depends on the stand size, the pack and the options: the budget simulator starts from €420 excl. VAT per m² and shows your ballpark figure live.
Bespoke joinery: €400 excl. VAT per square metre in Paris, €650 elsewhere in France
A bespoke joinery stand is designed entirely by our design office: sketches, 3D modelling, then costing within 14 working days. Expect from €400 excl. VAT per m² in Paris and Île-de-France, €650 excl. VAT per m² elsewhere in France: distance from the workshops raises the cost, and we would rather state it here than let you discover it in the quote.
What drives the final bill
Three factors outweigh everything else: the area, the choice between a pack and joinery, and the options. The three modular packs, Origin Green, Business and Creative, are the same price per m²; additional connected devices, such as screens, kiosks or data capture, are costed in the quote.
Options are then added: linoleum instead of carpet, mezzanine, enclosed storeroom, furniture, enhanced lighting, solid partitions, suspended signage. None is compulsory; all are clearly costed.
Everything included from the very first quote
Transport, installation, dismantling, logistics and stand cleaning the day before opening: with a pack, everything appears in the first quote, except in special cases such as off-site logistics or outsourced unloading. The extra charge added after the first quote is the most common unpleasant surprise in the industry; it does not exist here. Between two shows, a rented stand comes back to us and you have nothing to store; a purchased stand can stay in our warehouse for €80 excl. VAT per month.
