How much does a stand at SIAL Paris cost?
With a modular pack — our reusable technical base, from 9 to 24 m² — the benchmark is per square metre: from €420 excl. VAT per m², with transport, installation, dismantling, logistics and cleaning the day before opening included from the very first quote. Above 24 m², contact us. For bespoke joinery, allow €400 excl. VAT per m² in Paris and Île-de-France, and €650 excl. VAT per m² elsewhere in France, with costing within 14 working days.

What size, what format
Tastings bring their own constraints: worktops, storeroom, visitor flow. The modular pack accommodates them from 9 m²; in wood, the Zhen-Ao stand we delivered at Fi Europe shows what warm cladding brings to a food exhibitor.
The reverse schedule

The show is biennial and global: stand space is booked very early. Your budget, on the other hand, takes two minutes to set with the simulator.
3 months before
Design approved, tasting options defined: pack quote within 48 hours.
2 months before
Technical file and declarations submitted: organiser approval included.
Show day
Installation, cleaning the day before opening, essential when you serve food, after-sales service within 2 hours.

Getting your stand approved by the organiser is included in our service: you do not need to open the regulations, we know them.

Yes: worktops, enclosed storeroom and power supplies are planned from the design stage, and declarations go through the technical file we submit for you.
Is a wooden stand a good fit at a food show?
In fact, it makes a strong statement. Look at the Zhen-Ao stand at Fi Europe: fully clad in wood, in a sector that usually exhibits in clinical white.
