Book your space in March and set your budget with the simulator: the list of devices that need to be up and running is drawn up early.
3 months before
Design approved, devices to be integrated finalised: pack quote within 48 hours, joinery costing within 14 working days.
2 months before
Suspended sign, power supplies and network declared in the technical file: approval from the organiser is included.
Show day
Installation, power-up and testing of every demonstration, cleaning the day before opening, a technician in under 2 hours during the trade show.
Points to watch
Getting your stand approved by the organiser is included in our service: you do not need to open the regulations, we know them.
- Terminals and screens running all day: electricity and network connections are ordered from the venue before installation, at the power actually needed
- A hanging sign can be read from every aisle, but it depends on the venue’s rigging and the technical file: we submit it
- Next to much larger neighbours, visibility from a distance makes the stand: sign height and demonstration wall are decided at the design stage
