How much does a stand at Global Industrie cost?
With a modular pack — our reusable technical base, from 9 to 24 m² — the benchmark is per square metre: from €420 excl. VAT per m², with transport, installation, dismantling, logistics and cleaning the day before opening included from the very first quote. Above 24 m², contact us. For bespoke joinery, allow €400 excl. VAT per m² in Paris and Île-de-France, and €650 excl. VAT per m² elsewhere in France, with costing within 14 working days.

Stand size
What size, what format
From 9 m² for a product range or a service, as a modular pack. Working machinery calls for a bespoke build: loads, power supply, safety perimeters. The design office handles it, and the dedicated team follows large projects every week.
The reverse schedule
Ready on opening day

Paris or Lyon depending on the year: book your space, then set your budget with the simulator. We work on the same terms in both cities.
3 months before
Design approved: joinery costing within 14 working days, pack quote within 48 hours.
2 months before
Technical file, loads and utilities declared: organiser approval included.
Show day
Installation by local teams, at Villepinte and Eurexpo alike, after-sales service in under 2 hours.
Points to watch
Getting your stand approved by the organiser is included in our service: you do not need to open the regulations, we know them.
- Operating machinery: power supplies, floor loads and perimeters must be declared in the technical file
- The Paris / Lyon rotation changes the venue but not your terms: the same local teams, no extra transport cost on packs
- Industrial tenders look at CSR: reuse of structures and furniture, low-energy LEDs, made-in-France production and short supply chains; a CSR labelling process begun in September 2026, with an audit to come

How much does a stand at Global Industrie cost?
From €420 excl. VAT per m² for a modular pack, from 9 to 24 m²; above that, contact us. For a bespoke stand with machinery, costing follows within 14 working days, after the sketch and the 3D design.
Can you install a machine on the stand?
The design office sizes the structure and declares the loads to the organiser: it is included. Large projects have a dedicated team and a weekly check-in.
