Expobiogaz brings together renewable gas players across anaerobic digestion, power-to-gas, pyrogasification, hydrothermal gasification, grid injection, cogeneration and bioNGV mobility. The show is aimed at producers, technology suppliers, energy operators, local authorities, farmers, industrial firms and project developers. For an exhibitor, the stand must therefore make the offer clear at a glance, with separate areas to explain a process, qualify a project and host technical or local-authority decision-makers.

How much does a stand at Expobiogaz cost?
With a modular pack — our reusable technical base, from 9 to 24 m² — the benchmark is per square metre: from €420 excl. VAT per m², with transport, installation, dismantling, logistics and cleaning the day before opening included from the very first quote. Above 24 m², contact us. For bespoke joinery, allow €400 excl. VAT per m² in Paris and Île-de-France, and €650 excl. VAT per m² elsewhere in France, with costing within 14 working days.

At Expobiogaz, modular packs suit exhibitors who want a clear, controlled presence: 9 to 24 m², from €420 excl. VAT per m², with pricing and a design proposal within 48 working hours; above 24 m², contact us. For a production line, a model, a piece of equipment or a demonstration circuit, we switch to bespoke joinery stands: allow €650 excl. VAT per m², the rate for elsewhere in France, with pricing within 14 working days. Approval of the technical file by the organiser is included, as are transport, installation and dismantling, from the very first quote. We also provide after-sales service, with an on-site technician in under 2 hours during the show; a purchased stand can stay in our warehouse between two shows, for €80 excl. VAT per month.
The reverse schedule
Ready on opening day
6 months before
Define the sales objective, the demonstrations to present and the stand budget. The budget simulator gives you a guide price in two minutes, then we check whether a modular pack is enough or whether a custom stand is the better choice.
4 months before
Approve the concept, the sector messages and the stand’s technical requirements, including power supply, connectivity, storeroom, reception and meeting area. This stage leaves time to get pack pricing within 48 working hours, or to commission a costing for a custom stand, delivered within 14 working days.
3 months before
Sign off the plans, visuals and demonstration elements. We prepare the technical file and incorporate the venue’s and the organiser’s constraints before submission.
1 month before
Finalise logistics: exhibitor badges, installation slots, carrier access, furniture, sales materials and any products on display. We confirm what needs to be stored, delivered, installed and dismantled.
Show day
Inspect the installation before opening, check connections and finishes, then provide support during the show. If needed, after-sales service sends an on-site technician in under 2 hours.
Points to watch
Getting your stand approved by the organiser is included in our service: you do not need to open the regulations, we know them.
- Expobiogaz promotes an ESG approach: favour reusable or recyclable materials, limit single-use items and plan for display materials to be sorted after the show.
- Reims Expo has modular halls and à la carte technical networks. Electricity, water or internet requirements must be identified early to avoid last-minute trade-offs.
- The venue has forecourts and exhibitor car parks, but installation and delivery access must be arranged in line with the organiser’s instructions in the exhibitor portal.
- The organiser’s 2027 exhibitor form is open: registering for the show and designing the stand must move forward in parallel to secure the stand layout.

How do you adapt a stand to Expobiogaz’s highly technical profile?
The stand must quickly explain the business benefit: gas production, grid injection, cogeneration, mobility or waste recovery. We recommend a clear frontage, a demonstration or model area if needed, and a quiet meeting space for discussions with local authorities, industrial firms, farmers and project developers. The agency does not yet have a documented project at this show, so we do not claim one.
