The CIGRE Session, the major conference and exhibition on electricity grids: equipment manufacturers, grid operators, engineers and researchers from around the world. Visitors are technical people: they come to see the equipment, not just the logo. The stand must welcome visitors, seat them and carry heavy machinery, all within a single volume.

With a modular pack — our reusable technical base, from 9 to 24 m² — the benchmark is per square metre: from €420 excl. VAT per m², with transport, installation, dismantling, logistics and cleaning the day before opening included from the very first quote. Above 24 m², contact us. For bespoke joinery, allow €400 excl. VAT per m² in Paris and Île-de-France, and €650 excl. VAT per m² elsewhere in France, with costing within 14 working days.

What size, what format
A component or service supplier can hold its own on 9 to 24 m² with a modular pack, reception desk and meeting corner included, quote within 48 hours. Above 24 m², contact us: the Sieyuan stand, 118.5 m² under a multi-year framework agreement, shows the scale, with a circular bar on one side and a display platform for heavy equipment on a raised floor on the other. With bespoke joinery, the design office sizes the structure for the load.

6 months before
Biennial trade show: book your space as early as possible. Set your budget with the simulator, or contact us for anything above 24 m².
4 months before
For a large format, bring in the design office: sketches, 3D, a structure sized for the equipment, costing within 14 working days.
2 months before
Technical file submitted, floor loads and rigging declared: approval from the organiser is included.
Show day
Installation within venue hours, cleaning the day before opening, an on-site technician in under 2 hours during the trade show.
Points to watch
Getting your stand approved by the organiser is included in our service: you do not need to open the regulations, we know them.
- Substations, circuit breakers and switchgear are heavy: floor loads must be calculated and declared in the technical file, and a raised technical floor spreads them
- A convention centre is not an exhibition centre: access, goods lifts and time slots govern installation and the unloading of equipment. Our teams know the drill
- Suspended signs and build heights go through the organiser: we submit the file; power for demonstrations is ordered from the venue before installation
