How much does a stand at CFIA Rennes cost?
With a modular pack — our reusable technical base, from 9 to 24 m² — the benchmark is per square metre: from €420 excl. VAT per m², with transport, installation, dismantling, logistics and cleaning the day before opening included from the very first quote. Above 24 m², contact us. For bespoke joinery, allow €400 excl. VAT per m² in Paris and Île-de-France, and €650 excl. VAT per m² elsewhere in France, with costing within 14 working days.

Product range or machine to exhibit decided, design approved: pack quote within 48 hours, joinery costing within 14 working days.
2 months before
Technical file submitted to the organiser, loads and power supplies declared: approval is included.
Show day
Installation by our local teams, cleaning the day before opening, a technician in under 2 hours during the trade show.
Points to watch
Getting your stand approved by the organiser is included in our service: you do not need to open the regulations, we know them.
- A machine or production line on demonstration: electricity, water and floor loads are declared in the technical file and ordered from the venue before installation
- A show elsewhere in France changes nothing about the service: a single point of contact, the same lead times and the same checks as in Paris, and no extra transport cost on packs
- Food manufacturers look at their suppliers’ CSR: reuse of structures, stackable furniture, low-energy LEDs; a CSR labelling process begun in September 2026, with an audit to come
