Technical file submitted to the organiser, harbour access and power supplies included: approval is part of the service.
Show day
Installation within port hours, cleaning the day before opening, an on-site technician in under 2 hours during the trade show.
Points to watch
Getting your stand approved by the organiser is included in our service: you do not need to open the regulations, we know them.
- Outdoors and on the quayside: wind, sun and sea spray call for materials, fixings and ballast designed for outdoor use, and carpet that holds up
- Port access and quayside delivery are controlled by the organiser: times, accreditation and unloading slots must be requested in advance; our teams handle their own
- An illuminated logo or a screen outdoors: the power supply is ordered from the organiser, and the equipment must be protected from the weather
