How much does a stand at Batimat cost?
With a modular pack — our reusable technical base, from 9 to 24 m² — the benchmark is per square metre: from €420 excl. VAT per m², with transport, installation, dismantling, logistics and cleaning the day before opening included from the very first quote. Above 24 m², contact us. For bespoke joinery, allow €400 excl. VAT per m² in Paris and Île-de-France, and €650 excl. VAT per m² elsewhere in France, with costing within 14 working days.

What size, what format
From 9 m² to present a product range, as a modular pack with a quote within 48 hours. Manufacturers exhibiting machinery and building systems move to bespoke builds: a structure engineered for the load, a dedicated team and a weekly progress meeting on large projects.

The show is biennial: stand space is decided early. Set your budget with the simulator as soon as you book.
3 months before
Design approved: for joinery, sketches then 3D, costing within 14 working days.

Technical file and organiser approval, included in the service.

Installation, cleaning before opening, a technician in under 2 hours throughout.
Points to watch
Getting your stand approved by the organiser is included in our service: you do not need to open the regulations, we know them.
- Heavy products and machinery: floor loads and rigging must be declared in the technical file
- The installation schedule for a biennial show is tight: accreditation must be obtained in advance
- Reuse of structures and furniture, LED lighting and French manufacturing count in the sector’s tenders: CSR labelling process begun in September 2026, with an audit to come

What budget do you need for a stand at Batimat?

Our product is heavy. Can you take the weight?
That’s a job for the design office: an engineered structure, technical drawings, load calculations submitted to the organiser. Approval is included.
Can the stand be reused at the next edition?
Yes. If you rent, the modular structures are reused from one trade show to the next. If you buy, we store your stand in our warehouse between editions, for €80 excl. VAT per month, and reinstall it two years later.
